Space
size: Each space is approx. 17’
wide x 20’ deep. Spaces will accommodate up to five 6' tables (see
sample floor plan). Spaces are located in a covered, weather protected,
building. Dealer's vehicle may be driven into the building for load in
and out and may park in the lot along side the building.Click

Rental fee:
- 5 or more
market days - $100 per day when registered at the same time.
- Fewer
than 5 market days - $125 per day.
Reserved Space: This is the only way to
be guaranteed a space. To reserve space, you select the number of market
days you want and pay a 50% deposit for each day (up to a maximum of
$250 deposit). If you order more than 5 market days, we will split the
deposit among all of the days. You may change a date without penalty
with a 6 day notice (Monday of the week before the pre-reserved market
day). You may add days at any time on a "space available"
basis as long as you reserve by Monday of the desired week. All reserved
spaces are expected to be paid for and in case of a "no show",
you will be billed for the rental fee. Cancellations must be received
more than 6 days in advance of a market day or the deposit will be forfeited.
Unreserved space You may show up on a market day on a "chance"
basis by showing up by 7:30 am. If there is space available, you will
be placed after all reserved spaces are placed. Because the market has
a limited number of spaces, there is no guarantee of space availability.
It is advised to contact us in advance and reserve to be sure space
is available. Again, if you know that you only want to do one day or
a few days, you should still reserve space in advance using the online

Booth-sharing will be allowed at the discretion of show
management. There is an extra charge of $25 for booth sharing. The sharing
dealers information must be included on the space application. Management
has the right to disallow booth-sharing for any reason. Any dealer who
shares a booth without notice will be asked to leave the market.
Rental days - The market opens for a special 2 day market
during the SoWa Art Walk on May 16 &17. It continues every Sunday
through October 25. Click for
schedule. The market is open rain or shine as it is in a covered
space. If you have a reserved space and need to change a date, you must
notify us by Monday of that week.
Payment: You may register online (click application
form below) where you may pay by credit card or you
may submit the form without a credit card and mail in a check. If you
pay by credit card, we will email a bill approximately 6 days prior
to each market day. You will be able to pay each bill by mailing a check,
faxing a credit card#, or paying cash on the market day.

Rules:
- Load-in for reserved
dealers will begin at 7:00 am on a market day and you must arrive by
8am. Load-in for unreserved dealers will begin after reserved dealers
are in place (by 8am at the latest). All vehicles must be out of the
building by 9am.
- Each dealer must
take his/her trash at the end of the day. There are dumpsters for trash
disposal onsite.
- Dealer agrees
to keep his/her stand open until the market closes at 4pm.
- Dealer agrees
to display merchandise in keeping with the image of the market and will
remove any item which management deems to be inappropriate.
- All tables must
be covered.
